These terms apply between Raxni and its customer. The DPA forms part of this agreement when we process personal data on your behalf.
Your account and information
You must have permission to use the website pages, files and data you provide. Keep your sign-in details secure and give team members appropriate access.
You keep ownership of your information. You authorise Raxni to store and process it as needed to provide the service. Do not use Raxni for unlawful activity, fraud or interference with other customers.
AI answers
Keep your assistant’s information accurate and check its answers. AI can make mistakes. You remain responsible for your services, prices and commitments to customers. Sending a booking request does not, by itself, confirm a booking.
Plans and payments
Plan limits, the amount payable and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
Unless renewal is cancelled, monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days and annual subscriptions every 365 days. Annual payment is collected upfront. Your subscription details show the exact payment date. Paid access starts after payment is verified.
Included AI replies, uploads and manual website checks follow the verified paid period. A monthly subscription receives its allowance for that 30-day paid period; the next allowance starts when the next paid period is confirmed. An annual subscription includes 12 monthly allowance periods from its paid-year start. Monthly anniversaries use the last valid day in a shorter month, and the twelfth period lasts until the paid year ends. These annual allowance resets do not take another payment. There is no automatic reset on the first of a calendar month unless that is your own reset date.
Usage & limits shows the exact allowance dates. Moving an existing subscription to this schedule keeps the usage already recorded for its current allowance period. Buying extra replies or turning auto-renew on or off does not reset included usage. Saved pages, files, assistants and team seats have separate capacity limits; an allowance reset does not delete them.
The Owner can buy extra AI replies at any time, including multiple packs before the current allowance runs out. Plan replies are used first. Unused purchased replies do not expire while the account exists; an active plan is required to use them. There is no automatic recharge. Unused included plan allowances do not carry over.
Changing your plan
In Plans & billing, choose a plan and review the price, start date and renewal choice before confirming. A displayed price review expires after a short time. If it expires before payment starts, review a new price before continuing.
Upgrade without changing monthly or annual billing: the higher plan starts after the upgrade payment is verified. We credit your current plan’s unused time against the new plan’s price for the remaining time and charge only the difference, plus applicable tax. Your current paid period end date stays the same. The allowance dates and usage already counted also stay the same; the higher plan limit applies to that allowance period.
Move from monthly to annual on the same or a higher plan: the unused value of your current paid plan reduces the full annual price. After payment and activation are verified, the annual plan starts a new 365-day paid period and its first allowance period. The previous paid period is replaced; its unused days are not added to the year.
For a monthly-to-annual change, unused time is measured in seconds when your price is reviewed, with the credit rounded to the nearest cent. Credit is based on verified prepaid plan value, including value transferred from an earlier paid plan change, after applicable discounts and payment adjustments. It excludes tax and extra reply packs. Credit reduces the plan-change payment; it is not a cash refund.
Your Raxni review shows the plan price and unused-time credit. For changes completed through Whop checkout, Whop shows the applicable tax, any checkout charges and final total before you pay. Continuing to Whop does not itself charge you or activate the new plan.
Changes that start later: a move to a lower plan, or any annual-to-monthly change, takes effect after your current paid period. Annual-to-monthly changes wait until that date even when the target is a higher plan. Your current plan stays available until then. Saving this change costs nothing today. With your permission and auto-renew on, the displayed full target plan price plus applicable tax is charged at renewal. The new plan begins after payment is verified.
An immediate payment keeps your existing auto-renew choice. With renewal on, the selected plan renews at its full price when its paid period ends. That date stays the same for an upgrade within the same billing interval and becomes the end of the new 365-day period for a monthly-to-annual change. With renewal off, the plan ends on that date without an automatic renewal. Turning renewal on requires a separate confirmation; choosing a plan does not turn it on.
Turning renewal off cancels scheduled future plan changes and stops new automatic renewals. Your current plan remains available until its paid period ends. A payment already being processed must finish verification before its outcome can be confirmed. You may subscribe to an available plan again later. Turning renewal back on does not restore cancelled scheduled changes. Cancelling only a scheduled change leaves your renewal setting unchanged.
If an immediate plan change replaces a scheduled change, the review identifies that schedule. It is cancelled after the new payment succeeds. A failed or abandoned immediate payment does not cancel the existing valid schedule.
You may schedule a lower plan without deleting saved work. Choose the assistants, team seats, website pages, files, added information and approved answers that will remain active within its limits. The owner and selected pending invitations count toward team seats. The selection applies only when the new plan is confirmed active. Other items stay saved as Paused by plan limit. Conversations, enquiries and bookings are kept. If the target selection needs attention at renewal, paid processing pauses instead of automatically renewing the previous, more expensive plan.
An upgrade automatically restores items paused only by plan limits when all retained items fit. If retained items exceed the new limits, you choose what stays active, with currently active items preselected. Items manually turned off, excluded, removed or blocked by an administrator are not automatically enabled.
Existing saved changes retain the instructions and permission previously accepted. They are not automatically converted into permission for a new charge. An upgrade or billing-interval change does not restart the first-payment refund offer.
The service
Maintenance and technical problems can interrupt the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, every AI answer’s accuracy or a particular business result.
We may limit access as needed for security, unlawful use or unpaid or reversed payments. We will notify you of important changes. Rights and responsibilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude remain in place.
