What is Raxni?

An AI assistant for your business website. It answers visitor questions using the information you choose, then helps with enquiries, bookings or a handoff to your team.

Can I choose what it knows?

Yes. Choose the public website pages your assistant may use. Add approved answers, notes and supported files for anything your website does not explain. Private pages that require sign-in are not used as website knowledge.

What if it cannot answer?

It should say when the available information is not enough. You can add the missing information or let your team continue the conversation.

Can my team take over?

Yes. Your team can continue a conversation in the Inbox with its history available. Each teammate has their own account and access.

Can it book appointments?

Yes. Visitors can send a service, preferred date and time, and contact details. Manage the request and its confirmation in Raxni’s built-in calendar.

Will it work on my website?

Your website needs to allow custom scripts. Raxni provides guided setup for WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and custom websites. You do not need a Raxni WordPress plugin.

Can I have more than one assistant?

Yes. Create additional assistants in the same workspace and choose their sources, settings and team access separately.

Can I start for free?

You can currently start with the free option without a card. The pricing page shows current limits and paid-access options.
