Create an account, add your website and name your assistant. Raxni reads up to your first 3 available pages, then pauses so you can choose a monthly or annual plan. Once Whop confirms your purchase, the same scan continues within your plan’s page allowance. Customise your assistant, then add its code to your website. Website chat turns on when your plan and assistant are ready, and you can turn it off at any time. Creating an account does not start a subscription.

A successful AI reply delivered to a visitor counts as one answer. A conversation can contain several answers. Visitor messages, your team’s replies, greetings, forms, failed responses and Playground tests do not use this allowance. A genuine AI reply explaining that it cannot answer still counts.

Playground is a private test conversation for your account and assistant. Each assistant includes 100 successful test replies per UTC day, shared across its testers. Tests do not use paid live AI replies or create real enquiries, bookings, Inbox work or emails. Your test conversation continues after refresh.

Included replies, uploads and manual website checks start with your verified paid period. Monthly plans receive a fresh allowance for each confirmed 30-day paid period. Annual plans include 12 allowance periods on the calendar-month anniversaries of the subscription-year start, not repeated 30-day periods; shorter months use their last valid day and the final period ends at annual expiry. There is no first-of-the-month reset unless that is your own reset date. Usage & limits shows the exact dates. Unused included allowance does not roll over. Purchased replies do not expire and need an active subscription to use. Saved pages, files and team seats stay in place.

A monthly plan starting on 20 October runs to 19 November at the same UTC time. Nothing resets on 1 November. When the next paid period is confirmed, it gets a new allowance. For an annual plan starting on 20 October, the next monthly allowances begin on 20 November and 20 December, without another monthly payment. An upgrade within the same billing interval keeps the current dates and usage already counted. A verified monthly-to-annual change starts a new paid year and first allowance period.

Each assistant gets one included initial website read and 2 manual website checks each paid allowance period. Use Check for updates in Website pages → Updates to recheck your selected pages. A single-page retry uses the page limit; retrying several failed pages together uses one manual check for the batch. A successful manual check counts even if nothing changed. Automatic checks are separate: monthly on Starter, weekly on Growth and daily on Team. Turn them on in Website pages → Updates; they do not use your manual checks. Existing page limits and crawl coverage still apply.

Yes. Open the page’s Details in Website pages and use its rescan control. You can rescan each page up to 3 times within any 60 minutes without using a manual website check. New page additions have a separate limit of 10 URLs within any 60 minutes across your workspace and must fit your page capacity.

No. Active files are the files your workspace keeps available at one time. Uploads and replacements are the separate number of file uploads you can make that allowance period. For example, Starter keeps 10 active files and allows 20 uploads or replacements per usage period. In the next period the upload allowance resets; your existing files remain and the active limit is still 10.

No. Once Whop confirms your purchase, you receive the full selected plan or reply pack, including with a valid 100% discount. An active discounted subscription can buy and use extra replies. Your receipt still records the actual amount paid; a $0 purchase does not create a cash credit or refund for an amount you did not pay. Plans & billing shows the period and renewal terms for your subscription.

Yes. On Starter, Growth and Team, the workspace Owner can buy packs of 500 or 1,000 replies at any time in Usage & limits, even while included or purchased replies remain. Each pack is a separate payment. Once it is confirmed, you can buy another pack; the replies add to your existing balance. For example, six purchases of 500 replies add 3,000 replies in total. Raxni uses your included plan replies first. Unused purchased replies carry over without expiring and require an active subscription to use. There is no automatic recharge.

Raxni shows the allowance and prevents further use of the limited action until capacity is available. AI replies pause only when both your included replies and available purchased replies are used. Your team can still handle human support. The Owner can buy extra replies, review an upgrade or wait for the monthly reset. Other limits keep their own rules. Existing data is not silently deleted to fit a lower plan.

Growth and Team let you remove the “Powered by Raxni” credit from the visitor chat widget. You can customise your business name and widget appearance on every paid plan.

Saved conversations, enquiries, bookings, pages, files and business information stay in your account without automatic history expiry, including when paid access ends. Account closure is separate: the confirmation and email show the two-calendar-month deadline to download your authorised data. The secure link expires and the export and live account data covered by closure are removed at the end of that process. Valid earlier deletion requests and legally required records have separate rules. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Upgrade

With the same billing interval, pay only the difference for the remaining time after crediting unused paid time. The higher plan starts after payment is verified. Your paid period end date and usage already counted stay the same.

Downgrade

Your current plan stays active until its paid period ends. With your approval and auto-renew on, the new plan price plus applicable tax is charged then. The lower plan starts after payment is confirmed.

Choose what stays active

You can schedule a lower plan without deleting saved work. Choose the assistants, team seats, pages, files, added information and approved answers that fit. The owner and selected pending invitations count toward team seats. The selection applies only when the new plan activates; other items stay saved as Paused by plan limit. Conversations, enquiries and bookings are kept.

Restore saved items

An upgrade restores items paused only by plan limits when everything fits. If saved items still exceed the new limits, review a selection with currently active items preselected. Items you turned off, excluded, removed or that an administrator blocked stay unchanged.

Monthly and annual billing

Moving from monthly to the same or a higher annual plan credits unused paid time against the annual price, then starts a new 365-day period after verified payment. A move to a lower plan, or any annual-to-monthly change, waits until the current paid period ends.

Auto-renew

Turning auto-renew off cancels an uncharged scheduled change. Your current plan lasts until its end date, with no new automatic renewal. Turning it back on resumes renewal of the current plan; it does not restore cancelled changes. A payment already processing must be checked separately. Paying for an immediate change keeps your auto-renew choice.

Cancel future renewals using your subscription controls, or contact us for help. Normal cancellation keeps access until the paid period ends. The 14-day refund offer covers the first subscription payment only, for monthly or annual plans. Extra reply packs are separate purchases and do not restart that offer. Contact support about pack refunds or billing problems; these are reviewed under the applicable purchase terms and your legal rights.
