Read the allowance for your account
Raxni offers three paid launch plans: Starter, Growth and Team. Compare the current monthly and annual prices and all included limits on Pricing. Every plan includes business knowledge, enquiries, booking requests, your own team's help, roles, Results, Playground and widget customisation.
Open Plan & usage to see your workspace plan, payment status, allowance and next reset date. The Owner manages subscriptions. Creating a login or accepting a team invitation does not automatically buy a plan.
Except for website checks per assistant and individual checks per page, the published limits apply across the workspace. Team seats include the Owner: Starter’s two seats mean the Owner plus one other person. Pending invitations also use a seat. Information and approved answers share one combined allowance. Removing the “Powered by Raxni” widget credit is available on Growth and Team.
Assistants counts the assistants you create, not the websites where you install them. You can add the same assistant to several websites without using another slot. Those websites share that assistant’s knowledge and your workspace allowances.
What counts as an AI answer?
The included AI reply number shown on Pricing is available each month, including on annual plans, not once for the whole year. Annual plans include 12 monthly allowance periods. The reset guide explains the dates, and Usage & limits shows your exact current period.
One successful AI response delivered to a visitor is one AI answer. A conversation can use several answers. A genuine AI response explaining that the information is insufficient still counts.
Your visitors' messages, human team replies, greetings, static forms, failed responses and Playground tests do not count toward the live AI allowance. Delivering the same response again does not create a second charge to the allowance.
Raxni uses the plan’s included replies first, then any available purchased extra replies. When both are exhausted, automatic AI replies pause. Your team can still handle human support. The Owner can buy extra AI replies, review the available plan options or wait for the next reset. Raxni does not automatically recharge or silently charge an overage.
Buy extra AI replies at any time
The workspace Owner can open Plan & usage → Usage & limits and choose Buy extra AI replies. Choose a one-time pack of 500 or 1,000 replies and review its USD price, any applicable tax and purchase terms before paying. An active Starter, Growth or Team subscription is required to buy and use extra replies. A purchase confirmed by Whop qualifies even when a valid discount makes the amount paid $0. These packs increase only the AI reply balance.
Extra packs are available on Starter, Growth and Team. You can buy them before your included replies run out, and while purchased replies remain. Buy as many packs as you need, with a separate payment for each pack. Every confirmed purchase adds to your existing balance. For example, six purchases of 500 replies add 3,000 replies in total.
Replies are added after Whop confirms your purchase. A valid 100% discount still adds the full pack: a confirmed 500-reply purchase adds 500 replies even when the amount paid is $0. Returning from checkout alone does not confirm a purchase. Once a purchase is confirmed, you can buy another pack. If the purchase is pending, check its status before buying again. A payment is credited once, even if its confirmation is received more than once.
Your included plan allowance is used first, followed by purchased replies. The purchased balance does not expire or reset each month. Cancelling renewal does not delete that balance, but an active subscription is required to use it. Each purchase is separate; there is no automatic recharge.
Failed replies do not consume purchased replies. See the purchase history and balance in Usage & limits. For a billing mistake or pack refund, contact support with the payment identifier. The first-subscription-payment refund offer does not cover separate packs or restart when one is bought. Mandatory legal and payment rights remain unchanged.
When your allowance renews
Included AI replies, file uploads and manual website checks follow your paid subscription. For a monthly plan, the allowance starts at the verified paid-period start and lasts until its end, normally 30 days later. A fresh allowance starts only when the next paid period is confirmed. The first day of a calendar month does not reset it. Usage & limits shows the exact period and reset time in UTC.
For an annual plan, one payment covers 365 days and includes 12 monthly allowance periods. These start on the monthly anniversaries of your subscription-year start, not on the first of each calendar month. Annual allowance periods are calendar months, not repeated 30-day periods. A shorter month uses its last valid day. The twelfth allowance lasts until the paid year ends; there is no extra thirteenth allowance. These monthly resets do not take another payment.
Example: a monthly paid period starting on 20 October ends on 19 November, at the same UTC time. Nothing resets on 1 November. An annual period starting on 20 October has allowance changes on 20 November, 20 December and the following monthly anniversaries within that paid year.
An upgrade within the same billing interval keeps the current period and the allowance already used. The higher limit applies to that same period. A verified monthly-to-annual change starts a new paid year and its first allowance period. Turning auto-renew on or off, or buying extra replies, does not reset included usage.
Unused included allowance does not roll over. Purchased extra replies keep their separate balance without expiring; an active subscription is required to use them. Your saved files, pages, conversations, team and assistants stay in place. Their capacity limits do not reset or delete saved work.
Website checks and individual page rescans
Each paid Starter, Growth or Team assistant has one included initial website read, plus two manual website checks each paid month. Use Check for updates in Website pages → Updates to recheck your selected pages. The exact allowance period and reset time appear in Usage & limits. Existing page limits and crawl coverage still apply.
Automatic website checks are optional and start turned off. Starter includes monthly checks, Growth weekly checks and Team daily checks. Turn them on in Website pages → Updates and save the available schedule and business timezone. These scheduled checks do not use the two manual checks, so using your manual allowance does not stop the automatic schedule.
Checks look for changes in the selected pages and refresh your assistant’s website knowledge. They do not edit your website or count visitor questions and page views. Retrying several failed pages together uses one manual website check. An unchanged successful manual check still counts; failed or cancelled checks release their reserved place.
To refresh just one page, open its Details in Website pages and choose Read this page again. A single-page check or retry uses that page’s limit of up to three checks within any 60 minutes; it does not use a manual website check. For example, retrying one failed page leaves both unused manual checks available. Retrying several failed pages together is one batch and uses one manual check, not one check per page.
Adding a new URL has its own workspace limit of ten within any 60 minutes and must fit your workspace’s selected-page capacity. These hourly limits use the preceding 60 minutes, independently of subscription resets. Website checks are not visitor questions or page views.
Active files and monthly uploads are different
Active files are the file items your workspace keeps active at the same time. Uploads and replacements this period is a separate allowance for adding files or new versions. Every paid plan has a maximum of 10 MB per file.
For example, Starter can hold 10 active files and allows 20 uploads or replacements per allowance period. The next period gives you another 20 upload actions, while the active-file limit stays at 10. If all 10 slots are occupied, replace an existing file or make space before adding another.
Archiving or removing an item can release active capacity. It does not undo an earlier upload or return used monthly upload allowance. Keep the counters in view when replacing files.
For supported formats and text limits, read the values in Added info. If reading fails, follow the file checks.
Paying for your subscription
For your first subscription, create your assistant and preview up to three website pages, then choose a plan on Pricing. You can also start from a Pricing plan button; your selection stays with you through sign-in. Once your workspace is set up, the Owner manages subscriptions in Plans & billing. Review the total, currency, taxes if applicable, billing interval, renewal terms and refund policy before continuing to Whop's checkout. Annual plans are paid upfront for a year.
Raxni confirms your purchase with Whop before activating your subscription. A valid discount, including a 100% discount, does not reduce the selected plan’s features or limits. Your records still show the actual amount paid: a $49 plan with a $49 discount is a $0 purchase, not a $49 payment. Returning from checkout alone is not proof of a completed purchase. If confirmation is pending, check its status before trying again so you do not accidentally buy twice.
A discounted subscription follows the period and renewal terms confirmed for that purchase. If Whop confirms an offer with no end date and no scheduled charge, Raxni does not invent a renewal payment. Plans & billing shows those terms. Changing that plan requires a confirmed replacement purchase; the current plan remains until then. Where End plan is offered, it ends access after Whop confirms cancellation. It is different from turning off renewal on a subscription with time remaining.
Any credit for a plan change or refund uses verified amounts actually paid after discounts. A $0 purchase provides the full plan or pack, but does not create a cash credit or refund for an amount you did not pay.
Use subscription controls to manage billing and view available payment records. If a payment fails, follow the message to update payment information. Contact support with your account email and receipt identifier if the status does not look right. Never send card numbers or security codes.
Review the timing and price shown before changing a plan. Existing accounts are not automatically charged or silently moved to a new paid subscription.
Change your plan yourself
Open Plans & billing → Plans. For a subscription with a confirmed billing period, the same plan and billing interval shows Current plan and cannot be purchased again. Choose Switch to annual, Switch to monthly, Upgrade plan or Schedule downgrade for the change you want. Review any amount due now, unused-time credit, start date and renewal before confirming.
Upgrade with the same billing interval
The higher plan starts after payment is verified. You pay only the difference for the time left, after crediting your current plan’s unused time. Your paid period end date and allowance reset date stay the same. The allowance already used is kept; the higher plan limit applies to the same period.
For example, with exactly half of a 30-day Starter period left, the unused Starter value is $24.50 and Growth for the remaining time is $44.50. You pay the $20 difference before applicable tax. Growth runs until the existing end date.
Move from monthly to annual
Choose the same or a higher plan. The unused value of your current plan reduces the full annual price. After payment is verified, the annual plan starts a new 365-day period. The credit uses unused time measured in seconds at the price review, rounded to the nearest cent. It does not add extra days to the new year. The first annual allowance period starts with that new paid year.
For example, with $24.50 of unused Starter value, moving to Starter Annual at $490 costs $465.50 before tax and any checkout charges. Select Continue to Whop to review the final total and pay. That button does not charge you. The review expires after five minutes; if it expires before you pay, return to review a new price.
Downgrade or move from annual to monthly
Any move to a lower plan, and every annual-to-monthly change, waits until your current paid period ends. This includes moving to a higher plan while changing annual to monthly. You keep your current plan until then. Nothing is charged when you save the change. With auto-renew on and your approval, the full new plan price plus applicable tax is charged at renewal. The new plan starts after payment is confirmed.
Auto-renew
Paying for an immediate change does not turn renewal on or off. The review names the selected plan and its end date. With renewal off, that plan ends on the shown date. With renewal on, it renews then at its full price. An upgrade within the same billing interval keeps the current date; a monthly-to-annual change starts a new 365-day period.
To turn it off, use Renewal → Turn auto-renew off. This cancels scheduled future plan changes. Your current paid plan remains available until its end date. No new automatic renewal is started. A payment already processing must be checked separately. You can subscribe again later to any available plan.
You cannot save a future change while auto-renew is off. Turn it on separately and confirm the displayed amount and date first. Turning it on does not restore cancelled schedules. Cancelling only a scheduled plan change leaves your auto-renew setting unchanged; with renewal on, your current plan continues at renewal.
Already have a saved change?
If you pay for an immediate change while a future change is already scheduled, the review explains which schedule will be replaced. The old schedule is removed only after the new payment succeeds. A failed or abandoned payment does not remove it.
Before a lower plan starts
You can schedule a lower plan without deleting saved work. Choose the assistants, team seats, website pages, files, added information and approved answers that will stay active. The owner and selected pending invitations count toward team seats. Your current plan and active items stay unchanged until the new plan is confirmed active. Other items remain saved as Paused by plan limit; conversations, enquiries and bookings are kept.
On an upgrade, items paused only by plan limits return automatically when everything fits. If saved items still exceed the new limits, review a selection with your currently active items preselected. Items you turned off, excluded, removed or that an administrator blocked are not automatically enabled. If the target selection needs attention at renewal, paid processing pauses instead of renewing the previous, more expensive plan.
If a verified billing reversal needs a new resource selection, Plans & billing shows Review current plan resources. The owner can select resources within the verified current plan without making another payment or changing its dates.
Payment still confirming?
If a payment is still confirming, use Check status and wait for the result. Do not pay again. If an extra payment step is required, use the displayed Continue to Whop or Continue payment button. An earlier saved change keeps its original instructions unless you review and approve a new change. If payment is received but Whop has not confirmed an active plan, your choices stay saved while activation is checked. Contact support with the checkout reference if this continues; do not pay again.
Cancel a renewal or request a refund
Saved account data and unused purchased reply balances remain when a subscription ends. There is no automatic 12-month conversation-history expiry. Paid functions still require the appropriate active plan. See data and account closure for the separate deletion process.
Cancel: open Plans & billing → Renewal → Turn auto-renew off to stop future renewals and cancel an uncharged scheduled plan change. A normal cancellation keeps paid access until the current paid period ends. Cancelling does not automatically refund a previous payment. If you cannot access those controls, contact support.
First-payment refund: request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first paid subscription payment. The offer applies once per customer or business, to the initial monthly or annual payment. Renewals, upgrades and extra reply packs do not restart it. Separate reply-pack purchases are not covered by this first-subscription-payment offer. Genuine use or deciding the service does not fit your business does not make you ineligible.
Send your account email and receipt/payment identifier through Contact support. You can use this form while logged out or without an active subscription. The request time determines whether you are within the 14-day window, even if our reply comes later.
Eligible refunds go back through the original Whop payment method. We confirm submission; the bank and payment method determine when the money appears. A refunded initial subscription ends and its future renewals stop. Mandatory legal and payment rights remain unchanged, including where they apply to later payments.
Read the complete Refund & Cancellation Policy for the offer, exclusions, processing and your rights.
