Ask Raxni

Ask about Raxni, reopen your last 30 days of messages and follow answers to the relevant guide.

Ask about the product

Open Ask Raxni on the public Raxni website to ask about features, plans, setup and how the workspace works. The helper answers from Raxni’s product information, documentation and published policies. It does not inspect your private workspace, change settings or send a request to our support team.

For example, ask “How do manual enquiries work?” or “Where do I add the widget to my website?” Open a source link to read the relevant guide or policy. A source explains the answer; it does not mean the helper has checked your individual account.

For personal setup guidance inside an assistant, use Help me install. To send a message to the Raxni team, use Contact support.

Continue your last 30 days of messages

Your Ask Raxni messages are saved on the server. Refreshing the page or closing and reopening the bubble keeps the conversation available while you still have access. The latest 50 messages appear first; choose Load earlier messages for older messages in groups of 50.

  • Signed in: the conversation belongs to your authenticated Raxni account. Use the same account to continue on another device. Signing out or switching accounts changes which history is available.
  • Guest: a necessary browser cookie recognises the guest conversation for up to 30 days. Use the same browser. Clearing its cookies, using a different browser or a private window, or the cookie expiring can stop that conversation reopening.

Each message expires 30 days after it was created. Expired messages are no longer shown or used as conversation context, and scheduled cleanup removes them from the active history store. New messages do not extend older messages’ expiry. Guest history is not automatically copied into an account when you sign in.

Ask Raxni history is separate from your customers’ website-widget conversations, Playground, installation help and Contact support. Necessary history and security cookies work with either Necessary only or Accept all; optional website measurement does not decide whether your requested chat works. See the Privacy Policy for data handling and requests.

Daily allowance and sending again

Each account or guest can receive answers to 30 questions per UTC day. A question can contain up to 1,800 characters. The helper shows the remaining allowance and any temporary wait. Closing the bubble or refreshing the page does not reset the allowance.

If a question fails, read the error and use Try again when offered. A failed reply does not use the daily allowance. Retry the same question instead of submitting repeated copies. Keep passwords, one-time codes, private keys and payment details out of the chat.

Choose what works for you. You can use Raxni with necessary cookies only.
