Set booking hours, review online requests and record agreed appointments.
Set how customers can book
Open Bookings. An Owner or Manager can review the online booking settings, including the booking name, duration, break between bookings, available days and hours, advance notice and blocked dates.
Choose how online bookings are confirmed:
- My team approves each request: new requests wait for someone to review and confirm them.
- Confirm available bookings automatically: an available time can be confirmed without a team approval step.
For team approval, review whether to hold the requested time and when unconfirmed requests expire. Save with Save online bookings. Existing requests keep their saved expiry deadlines; confirmed bookings are not expired by that waiting-for-approval rule.
Review an online request
- Find the request in the list or calendar and open its details.
- Check the customer's contact information, requested date and time, timezone, status and any expiry deadline.
- Make sure you are the assigned handler before changing the booking.
- Use the available action to confirm, decline or agree a different date and time. Check the resulting status after saving.
Requested or Confirming is not the same as Confirmed. Tell the customer the appointment is agreed only when the booking is confirmed. The calendar and history help you review saved appointments and changes.
Record an appointment you already agreed
Use Manual booking for an appointment agreed by phone, chat or in person. Enter the customer's details, agreed date and time, duration and any team note, then select Add booking.
A saved manual booking is confirmed and assigned to its creator. Check the displayed business timezone before saving. Use the booking's available controls for later changes, cancellation or completion, and review its history afterwards.
