Review your website pages

Open Business info → Website pages to see the pages found on your website. Open a page to inspect what Raxni has read. A discovered link is not necessarily ready to use: check its reading status first.

1. Search for a page or use the page filters.
2. Open its details and check the extracted business information.
3. For a missing page, choose Add a page, enter the public page link and select Read this page.
4. When your website changes, use the available reading controls and check the allowance before starting. Each paid plan includes one initial website read and two manual website checks per assistant each paid month. “Check for updates” rechecks your selected pages; visitor questions and page views do not use these checks. Optional automatic checks run monthly on Starter, weekly on Growth and daily on Team, without using manual checks. To refresh one page, open its Details: up to three checks for each page within any 60 minutes. See website check guidance.

Pages behind a sign-in, blocked pages and content that cannot be read may need attention. Use Added info for business details that are not available on a readable public page.

Add details your website does not cover

Open Added info and choose the kind of information you want to add:

• Information: write useful facts, such as delivery areas or how customers can request a quote.
• Approved answers: add a visitor question and your approved answer. Add other ways visitors may ask the same question when helpful.
• Files: select a supported file and wait for both upload and reading to complete. Review the saved information after processing.

Use the character counters, accepted file types and allowance shown in the form. Choose Use on to make an item available on all website pages or selected discovered pages.

Keep answers up to date

Open an item's details to edit its contents, change its page scope or control Use this information in answers. Files can be replaced or read again; archive information that should no longer be used.

Wait until an item is ready before testing it in Playground. If file limits look different, see active files and monthly uploads.
